Keira Knightley is Domino
I have been working all day and just finished laughing
my ass off at Chris Tucker during a visit to my local Improv, but I figured
one brief update wouldn't hurt before calling it a night. New Line Cinema's
upcoming Tony Scott thriller based on the female model turned bounty hunter,
Domino,
recently updated the official movie website with some nice goodies.
Domino Updates and Stills
Besides the two new movie stills that I had posted
to the right and below, the official website for Domino features
a nice little flash slideshow that is extremely hard to miss; especially
since the opening page features girls in their underwear. While it is nice
to get new movie stills for this Tony Scott thriller considering that there
are currently so few, the number one resource of the site is an article
reposted from the Los Angeles Times all about the real life, and death,
of Domino Harvey.
Check out a snippet below from the article below:
After reading about a two-week, $300 class for bail enforcement agents, Harvey decided to become a bounty hunter.
Martinez, a Vietnam veteran and gang member turned bounty hunter, was the teacher.
"She was young — maybe 22 or 23 at the time — tough and blond," he recalled. "She had on camouflage pants and a camo tank top and a big knife on her belt. She stood out."
Harvey helped captured about 50 fugitives, Martinez said. He remembered 10 of those as "dangerous situations." Their work often took them out of state. He said Harvey took part in an armed stand-off in Texas, among other tense situations. In addition to her shotgun, she carried a 9-millimenter Browning pistol.
