After watching the impressively cool trailer for
the upcoming film DOOM,
just about any media for this film is enough to stir my interest. That being
said, check out some of the latest movie stills from DOOM including
one that looks like a screenshot of the first person shooter style showed
off in the trailer.

It was the PC game that revolutionized First Person
Shooters. From Doom spawned Quake, Unreal Tournament,
and tons of other big-name classics. Doom is actually a game trilogy,
following the advancements of computer, and video card, technology. The
story takes place countless years in the future and told in the hyper-kinetic,
kamikaze style that made its gaming predecessor a global phenomenon, the
science-fiction action adventure Doom takes the viewer to the far
corners of the galaxy with a fully-realized vision of a dark and disturbing
future.

DOOM can just be one more step that strengthens
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as the next generation of action hero.
Look out Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, there
is a new top player in film.
