It is a good thing that we decided to build the
movie page for the upcoming film North
Country when we did, as there is now the first trailer
for the film posted online.

Bean, North Country tells a fictionalized account
of the first successful sexual harassment case in the United States-- Jenson
vs. Eveleth Mines. Josey Aimes [Charlize Theron] returns home to Minnesota
to work in the mines like her father. However, it turns out that the women
miners do not get equal treatment and face further abuse from male co-workers.
The movie poster for this film looks sweet and, judging by the first trailer
for North Country, it looks like we may have an Academy Award nominee

What the heck, I'll even do a shout out to Jeremy Renner, who I haven't
seen since Swat. It looks like his character will be the one to
actually commit direct assault on the girls.
North Country comes to theatres on October 14th.
