Here are a couple nice updates for the fans of
the upcoming Bryan Singer adaptation Superman
Returns. Well, I guess it is still an adaptation since
it will take a different look at Superman based off of the original comic
books.
Superman Returns Goodies
First off, check out the cool new picture of Kevin
Spacey as Lex Luthor for Superman Returns. What can I say, the
guy fits the part and may actually make a better Lex Luthor then Gene Hackman.
However, lets wait till the film hits theatres before we can actually call
that one. I would hope that everything for this upcoming Superman
film is better considering the proposed budget that Bryan Singer is running
under.
But, before we get to the budget, you can check out a larger version of

According to Variety,
the proposed budget for Superman Returns can be anywhere near $250
million. Holy man in blue tights! Send out your prayers now that this film
is everything it should be and earns a decent return at the box office.
If we are lucky, we may have a teaser trailer for Superman Returns
coming our way with Harry
Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Hopefully by then we can
then get a brief assessment if the money has been well spent.
If the teaser trailer is no good, at least you can watch Goblet of Fire
right after.
