With Flightplan
coming out this Friday, Touchstone Pictures is throwing their last ditched
efforts of marketing for the film. Besides a few new TV spots, they have
also provided internet users a nice seven-minute preview.

If there is one thing I can say about Flightplan
it is that this film looks extremely clean. All of the shots are crisp,
details, clear and surprisingly bright. You almost have a sense that this
story is taking place in the future instead of real time. Considering that
I don't know the secret behind this film, maybe this style of cinematography
serves another purpose, or maybe the film is just one slick puppy.
Flightplan looks to be a nice suspense thriller with a big twist
in store. The only problem is that this film looks like it sets up a twist
that may be hard to complete or follow, hence some of the early negative
reviews that have popped up.

Either way, the production value of Flightplan
looks amazing and this Brian Grazer film may just surprise audiences this
weekend. If it doesn't, it is still nice to see Sean
Bean drop in from time to time.
