Though there have been enough spills to make us
assume that Venom and Sandman will definitely be two of the villains to
appear in Spider-Man
3, Columbia Pictures moves forward like no slip ever happened.
Instead of admitting defeat and making the Spider-Man 3 villain
leaks official, the studio has added an official page of possible villains
for Spider-Man 3; a list that is almost twenty villains long. Talk
about nerve!
Spider-Man 3 Villain Profiles
Though there are some that have hinted that the
leaks were not leaks at all and Sam Raimi might have been behind them [if
so, Sam Raimi has way too much time], the best aspect to the Spider-Man
3 villains page is that it offers profiles and history to almost twenty
of the coolest villains to ever grace their presence in the Spider-Man
story.
The list provided by Sony/Columbia Pictures features
a lot of big names that include Carnage, Chameleon, Doc Ock, Hob Goblin,
Elektro, Sandman, Scorpion and Venom [just to name a few]. One of the more
troubling aspects is that they still do not give any mention of 2nd Green
Goblin; which Harry Osborn is suppose to become. Will Sam Raimi really have
Harry become the Hob Goblin as previously suggested? Talk about going a
bit off of the comic books.
