Warner Bros likes to slowly bring us up to sorts
when it comes to the latest media for Harry
Potter and the Goblet of Fire. First they released the
full trailer for the film and then, only a day after, the full international
trailer as well. The only problem was that though the international trailer
looked better, it was freakin' tiny. Hence, Warner Bros then released a
better looking version a little bit later in windows media format. Though
this was nice, most avid movie trailer watchers prefer their media in quicktime.
Therefore, Warner Bros has finally released the hi-res quicktime version
of the full international trailer for Goblet of Fire as well.
Intl Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Trailer QT'd
When we first saw the windows media version for
the international trailer we announced 'big is better!' However, there is
just something about quicktime media that makes me hot under the collar.
Though the highest-res version of the trailer in quicktime looks about the
same as the windows media version, I have to say that I will always prefer
quicktime. Call me crazy, but were there a couple adjustments made to the
trailer before releasing it to quicktime? A couple scenes look a little
more detailed, or that could just be quicktime showing off the higher resolution.
With all the Potter reports running around,
I think it is about time I throw up another theory for for the films and
books. I have two floating in my head, but one has already been done to
'death' across the net so I am still wondering if I should even do it. Maybe
I'll just go on a tear with that one. Expect to see one of the two by mid-October.
