Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Hello all you small and tall wizards and witches
out there, 'Maryam' was kind enough to send me over some of the latest updates
from the Harry Potter
and the Goblet of Fire universe which all take a closer
look at the characters.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Characters
Warner Bros has updated the official site for Harry
Potter and the Goblet of Fire with a nice set of character profiles
for old and new characters to appear in the film. Each character comes with
an image, a character bio, an actor bio and buddy icons. Though I was more
interested in the character bios, I am sure that there are those of you
who are more than happy to represent Potter in AIM and such. Here
is a sample bio for Cedric Diggory:
Tall, good-looking Cedric Diggory is a Hugglepuff who is chosen as one of Hogwarts' Triwizard champions. He and Harry exhibit exceptional sportsmanship as they compete in the Tournament - coming to each other's aid before and during each of the three tasks.
That is all good and well, but what they forget
to mention is that Cedric Diggory and Harry Potter have a bit of a history
when it comes to Quidditch, something that Mr. Diggory feels the need to
repeatedly bring up. Diggory is also the first relationship for Cho Chang,
a girl Harry tries to make a move on later.

Though it is great to take a small look at all
the important characters for Goblet of Fire, the top new character
to come our way in this story is obviously Alastor 'Mad-Eye' Moody. Not
only is Moody one tough SOB with a history, he also appears in all of the
later Potter books; which, in his case, means a lot. Therefore,
MuggleNet and Warner Bros have teamed up to create a mini-site that features
nothing but 'constant vigilance' from Mad-Eye Moody.
This mini-site is also in flash and, at least for me, somewhat disappoints.
If you are going to have a mini-site for a character at least give the character
a worthy bio. The site doesn't even mention Mad-Eye's real name. Take a
look at the Alastor Mad-Eye Moody site by clicking

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire comes to theatres on November
18th.
