It looks like we will be having even more new movie
trailers today thanks to the new Weinstein Company. A while back we had
posted the first poster for Transamerica,
a story about transsexual-ity. Only about a week later, the Weinstein's
are ready to show off the first trailer for the film as well.

It looks like Quicktime is actually currently working
on getting the trailer for Transamerica up as we speak. After receiving
the broken link error at the official trailer page, I can only imagine that
the trailer should be up within the hour. Since I was unable to watch the
trailer, get a gis of the film by checking out the official synopsis below:
Bree is a perfectly adjusted conservative transsexual woman. Born Stanely,
a genetic male, she's about to take the final step to becoming the woman
Stanley always wanted to be - until she finds out that she is the parent
of a long-lost 17 year-old son. Afraid to tell the rebellious teenager the
truth, Bree embarks on a journey with him that will challenge and change
both their lives and bring them closer to the truth of their connection.
Transamerica is a funny, touching, completely modern look at the
modern American family, starring Emmy award winner Felicity Huffman and
Kevin Zegers.

December 2nd and will then appear in the top twenty markets on December
