Chicken Little Chicken Little
Here is the last set of early movie reviews for Chicken Little; something I decided to do after receiving an email from 'Bob'. According to the email, we may have been a little unfair with Chicken Little for pointing out such negative reviews, especially when there are some big positives out there too.

So, here is the final review round-up for Chicken Little featuring two thumbs up and a one thumb down.

Chicken Little Reviews

THR
Making a convincing case for the possibility of life after Pixar, Disney's technically ambitious "Chicken Little" -- the studio's first fully computer-animated in-house feature -- is a consistently amusing, often inspired family romp.

While some half-hatched plotting prevents it from approaching the sublime levels of a "Toy Story" or "The Incredibles," the picture zips along quite agreeably with a zany energy and vividly rendered, terrifically voiced, madcap characters.

TIME
They are indeed, to judge from the exclusive peek they offered TIME of their first four CG theatrical features. Disney surely has a winner in its debut effort, Mark Dindal's Chicken Little, which opens Nov. 4. It's one of the funniest, most charming and most exhilarating movies in years. And it's a genuine Disney cartoon, with a storytelling sense and graphic precision worthy of the old animation masters
.

FFC (negative)
Frantic, frenetic, anxious, obnoxious: the ideal audience for Chicken Little should be in bed by seven, and Disney's umpteenth cry of "sure-fire comeback project" looks, appropriately, like another convulsive episode of corporate crying-wolf. Chicken Little, for instance, makes pop culture references that don't mean anything in the context of a film whose sole purpose appears to be instructing your children to be fearful and hyper .

Now that our review round-up for Chicken Little is complete, thought it would be a nice finish to point out that Rotten Tomatoes shows that the film is currently receiving more negative reviews than positive. In the end, get ready for your animated hit or miss.

The sky begins to fall on November 4th.
