Touchstone Pictures has purchased the rights to
Sabbatical, an erotic thriller starring Jennifer Garner according
to Reuters. Garner
reportedly sold the film rights through her production company Vandalia
Films along with partners Sean Bailey and Chuck Weinstock.

In the film, based on an idea by Weinstock, Garner plays a wife of seven years on a decided two-week break from her husband. For two weeks only both husband and wife can do as they please while following a short list of rules. But when Garner's character returns two weeks later, she finds that her husband is missing.
Sabbatical has yet to be written but both
Garner's Vandalia Films and Touchstone Pictures hope to name a writer shortly.
The film is likely to be eight months-pregnant Garner's first starring vehicle
after she gives birth in late November.
