As of right now, we have no confirmation on where
this image may have come from or whether it is a fan poster for Rambo
IV or not. However, we did find the lifted eyebrow to be very interesting.

I don't know what to think of this Rambo IV
poster [whether it is valid], but would have expected an official teaser
poster for the film to look something like this. Somewhere The Rock is calling
his lawyer.
