Andrew Adamson loves getting in a little intro before showing off some of the exclusive content for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. Just like the teaser trailer that featured Adamson saying 'I hope you like it', we again have the director warm us up to the official first clip for the film. And, not wanting to chance boring us, Disney has decided to show off the beginning of the final battle.
Actually, they more like tease us with the final battle, which is so mean.
Chronicles of Narnia Clip
The first clip for Chronicles of Narnia shows the entire charge of both armies for the final battle. However, right before these armies collide with one another the clip cuts to the Narnia title. Damn! The collision looked like it was going to be sick! Imagine a bunch of different sized animals and creatures slamming into each other; tight!
Besides forcing me to drool for this film, the clip also shows off one huge element to the film-- amazing special effects. The Centaur [half horse, half man] looking creatures are so well done, that they continue to look photo realistic even during the charge. We got a sample of one of these creatures in the final trailer for Narnia. You know, the guy who says, 'Numbers do not win a battle.'
I would expect this to be the first of many movie clips to come our way over the next few weeks. Now it is time for Chronicles of Narnia and King Kong to battle it out for our attention, so expect great clips for the holidays.
