Indiana Jones
Happy holidays everybody! With Christmas only a day away the good people over at theindyexperience have recently posted the old movie script for the Indiana Jones sequel
Indiana Jones and the Saucer Men From Mars. Sure, the title may have been a hint on why this script didn't make the cut, but there you go.
Old Indy 4 Script
Just in case you were looking for a bit of film reading over the weekend theindyexperience has the old script for Indiana Jones in both 'notepad' and 'word document' format.
"Moedred" has sent us a copy of Indiana Jones and the Saucer Men From Mars written in 1995, which he obtained and then typed into Word. According to Moedred, this is an official copy of the script which was drafted by Jeb Stuart (Die Hard, The Fugitive), and was at one time the script for Indiana Jones 4 but was later scrapped.
Please note: this is NOT the final draft of the Indiana Jones 4 script that will be used when the film is made (unless the big three change their minds). This is an old draft of an old story, but as far as we know it is a genuine script written by Jeb Stuart for Lucasfilm. Indeed, a piece of Indiana Jones history. And from what Moedred tells me, this script has not been avaliable online for quite some time (if ever). So, enjoy!
What are you waiting for? Head over to theindyexperience and take your feel of an Indiana Jones that could have been (a decade ago).
