Kirsten Dunst gets red for Spider-Man 3.
If Spider-Man 3 was coming out in 2006 the year would have definitely been marked by highly anticipated sequels. Not that we don't already have enough hype around Superman Returns and X-Men 3, but spidie would have been icing on the cake.
That being said, it looks like the cast is ready to get into character with Kirsten Dunst, aka Mary Jane, showing off her new spidie makeover.
Mary Jane Ready for Spider-Man 3
To the right is a picture taken by People Magazine of Kirsten Dunst as she ditches the blonde hair to prepare for her role of Mary Jane in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 3.
If you remember, it was Kirsten Dunst who first let slip the info that we could expect both Venom and Sandman in Spider-Man 3; something that fansites still appreciate her for. However, was she told to let the character info slip by Sam Raimi to keep fans off the real premise of the film? It has been suggested but that is some serious conspiracy.
We had figured we would have strong confirmations of all the villains to appear in Spider-Man 3 long before the New Year. Though we are still pretty certain that Topher Grace is Venom and James Franco is Hobgoblin (should be 2nd Green Goblin), nothing 'official' has been said on these characters yet.
