Vinnie Jones as Juggernaut
A scooper sent in a report to SHH about an interview he had watched in Ireland featuring Vinnie Jones discussing his role in X-Men 3. However, the interview gets real interesting when Jones touches upon the possibility of a sequel, and his return, for the film.
Vinnie Jones Talks X-Men 3
The good people over at SHH have recently posted a scoop they had received where Vinnie Jones tells some of his abilities as Juggernaut and that his contract does mean a chance for his return to multiple sequels.
He said that his character was new and that there was "a lot of noise about it." He said that several of the scenes in the trailer, particularly the forest scenes, were filmed just before it was released.
He was asked about his superpowers in the movie and he said about Juggernaut that "when he gets going, he's just invincible...he runs through walls, smashes everything in sight...he gets asked to join Ian McKellen's (Magneto) band of warriors to take on the X-Men."
I got some exciting things to do. I have a little bit of a heartbreak, but not necessarily romantic.
The host of the show said that it must be an actor's dream to play somebody invincible and then quickly asked could we see him going on to do more sequels. Vinnie Jones replied "I've signed for X-Men 3, 4 and 5...that's my contract...yes."
Though sequels to this incredible film franchise sound great let's first see how X-Men 3 performs before getting too ahead of ourselves. Check out the entire report over at superherohype.
