We haven't been keeping up with the upcoming film Loverboy as, well, there wasn't much of anything to keep up with. With the film distributor as THINKFilm, not a single update has come our way on the film and we had begun to wonder if it would ever find its way to theatres.
However, though not much is known on the film, it looks like THINKFilm may have just got the ball rolling with a couple of official posters.

Here is the information we currently have on Loverboy:
Synopsis (src: Yahoo! Movies): An unsound mother surrounds her only son with a magical world for two, filled with art, games and bottomless devotion. When the boy longs to attend a school with other children, outsiders threaten their world.
The cast for the film includes Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgwick, Dominic Scott Kay, Sandra Bullock, Marisa Tomei, Matt Dillon, Spencer Treat Clark and Oliver Platt.
Seeing that the synopsis for the film looks pretty dark and disturbing we should have figured we would see Kevin Bacon's tag on here somewhere.
Just for a bit of extra creepiness, Kevin Bacon directed the film as well.

Above are the two first posters for Loverboy that popped up over at the IMPAwards.
Loverboy is expected to come to theatres in New York and Los Angeles on June 2nd.
