The Benchwarmers
Now that we have covered the Super Bowl spots from Disney and Warner Bros, here are the two films from Columbia Pictures that made an appearance during the game.
Here is a basic rundown of the TV spots for Columbia Pictures that appeared during the Super Bowl.
Click- Since the TV spot was so short Columbia Pictures was only able to show a couple scenes from the film and therefore threw out Christopher Walken completely. However, you do have to appreciate a couple of the scenes they did show; had football fans howling (below).
Benchwarmers- This film continues to not do it for me. The entire cast is made up of people who have been dying for a hit and the addition of Napoleon Dynamite doesn't look like it is going to cut it.
However, you can't help to laugh at a couple shots to the balls.
