X-Men 3
Sideshow Collectibles has recently given a small preview on what we can expect when it comes to new toys for X3. However, I guess you can't really call something a 'toy' when it is nearly half your size.
X-Men 3 Set Visit
Sci-Fi Wire recently talked with Sideshow Collectibles about upcoming items we can expect to see pop up before the release of X3 to theatres this May.
Brant Bridges, production manager at Sideshow Collectibles, told SCI FI Wire: "We have two giant maquettes for X3: Juggernaut and ... Beast. Our friends at Spectral Motion did the designs for the costumes, Juggernaut's muscle suit, helmet and strappy gear, and Beast's fur-body design. They are pretty impressive and huge. They are one-third scale and stand 2-, maybe 3-feet tall. We are hoping for [a] May launch, the same time the movie comes out, with a very small edition of less than 500 pieces."
Meanwhile, Mike Leavey, marketing and sales coordinator for Diamond Select Toys, said that the company will have a full line of X-Men: The Last Stand collectibles.
Sideshow Collectibles carries some pretty cool merchandise for a price. However, if a three-foot tall Beast doesn't impress the ladies I don't know what will.
X-Men 3 comes to theatres on May 26th.
