20th Century Fox continues to show the love towards the infamous saber-tooth squirrel that we can expect to pop in and out of Ice Age 2: The Meltdown. With the latest poster released by Fox for the upcoming Blue Sky animation, the squirrel takes center stage; and why shouldn't he?
Ice Age 2: The Meltdown Poster
Manny, Sid and Diego return in another incredible adventure. The Ice Age is coming to an end, and the animals are delighting in their new world: a melting paradise of water parks, geysers and tar pits. But when Manny, Sid and Diego discover that the miles of melted ice will flood their valley, they must warn everyone and somehow figure out a way to escape the coming deluge.

With all the promoting going on over this small character we can only hope that the squirrel makes an even bigger appearance this time around. If the squirrel only gets a scene or two, well, that's just mean.
Ice Age 2: The Meltdown comes to theatres on March 31st.
