Paramount Pictures has alerted us that they have released the Japanese movie trailer in anticipation of their upcoming tentpole film Mission: Impossible III.
Before you ask... Yes, the trailer is in English.
Japanese Trailer for M:I:3
The latest trailer for Mission: Impossible 3 is short and sweet. Showing a good portion of the clips we have already seen-- such as the shot of Tom Cruise getting flung against the white vehicle thanks to a nearby explosion --the latest trailer does just enough to further wet our appetites.
The best part about the new trailer is the opening twenty seconds. Unlike the previous trailers that show Tom Cruise sporting his 'angry face,' this trailer begins from a whole other angle that shows a more active Ethan Hunt.
As you might have guessed, a bunch more shit gets blown up this time around; including a sweet car.
Other than objects blowing up, there are a few additional shots of Tom Cruise either running or falling from some extraordinary height.
The release of the Japanese trailer brings the total trailers for Mission: Impossible 3 up to four including the TV spots. Though it looks like Paramount is trying to delay, they have got to be setting up to release the full trailer for the film shortly.
But here is the real question-- Who would win in a fight between Ethan Hunt and Jack Bauer? I give odds on Bauer, even though I do appreciate Hunt's ability to pull chicks.

Mission: Impossible 3 comes to theatres on May 5th, 2006.
