Yahoo! Movies has recently posted six updated versions of the V for Vendetta clips to appear online.
V for Vendetta Clips
With V for Vendetta closing in on the one-week-to-go mark I had figured that Warner Bros would have kicked the marketing machine into high gear. What had I expected? First and foremost I figured we would of had a ton of additional clips coming our way by this Friday. What I hadn't expected is that Warner Bros would release the same clips over and over again.
Yahoo! Movies has recently posted the six clips for V for Vendetta that had previously come online last week. Though the clips over at Yahoo! are a much better resolution, they are still the same clips.
Fortunately the clips are (still) pretty good, feature Natalie Portman, and give a solid impression of how the film is going to be. If you are looking for a bit of action in the film, one of the clips shows of 'V' as he kicks some totalitarian ass in order to save Evey from what looks to be a gangbang.
V for Vendetta has very little competition at the box office for March and that makes me wonder if Warner Bros feels that they can relax on marketing the film a bit. However, we won't really know for sure until this Friday; we are giving 2-to-1 odds that MovieFone will most likely release something for Vendetta tomorrow.
