Holy crap have we had a lot of updates for Over the Hedge the last couple of days. Dreamworks Animation first released a new set of movie stills plus the full movie trailer for the film. To put a little icing on the cake, the picture house provided Dreamworks Fansite with posters of the characters from Over the Hedge.
Over the Hedge Characters
Since we saw the first movie still we figured Over the Hedge to be one slick looking animation. The trailers for the film are a ton of fun and, considering Dreamworks is behind the project, we are hoping for a CG film up to the standards laid down by Shrek and Shrek 2.

We are still a little ways out from the release of Over the Hedge but, with all the summer competition this year, we are expecting a ton more updates to come.
*We recently mentioned that we were expecting character posters shortly. The images provided above are not the same character posters we discussed. The posters actually have the dimension and look of, well, posters.
Over the Hedge comes to theatres on May 19th, 2005.
