Not wanting this report to look like an admission that I do not read gossip magazines such as US, I cannot hide the fact that the news of Angelina Jolie being pregnant was a surprise to me.

Sin City 2 Waits on Jolie
Yes, it does look like Angelina Jolie is definitely pregnant, meaning whatever kid was next on her adoption list just fell back a spot.
All joking aside, Sci Fi Wire claims that Robert Rodriguez wants Angelina Jolie to star in Sin City 2 so bad that he is willing to push the production back in order to accommodate her pregnancy.
While talking to Rosario Dawson, who will reprise the role of rogue hooker Gail in the upcoming sequel to Sin City, Sci Fi Wire learned of Robert Rodriguez's willingness to push production in the name of Jolie.
Jolie, who has had similar greenscreen experience for the film Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, should make an excellent addition to the already-strong Sin City cast.
Sin City 2 will be based on Frank Miller's graphic novel stories A Dame to Kill for and Lost, Lonely and Lethal.
