M:I:3
For those of you who will not be seeing the release of V for Vendetta to theatres today-- which is a shame -- now have the option to catch the full trailer for Mission: Impossible III online. Though the trailer is not a direct hi-resolution feed, it should do... until tonight.
M:I:3 Trailer
Paramount Pictures has distributed the feature trailer for M:i:III across the net with major sites such as MTV, VH1, iFilm and CMT throwing in.
When Paramount Pictures decided to give a press release on the upcoming trailer for Mission: Impossible III, I figured the trailer would have been entirely new and spectacular. As it turns out, the trailer is not all that entirely different than the ones we have seen before except for a different layout and an edited scene.
The scene that has now become infamous for Mission: Impossible III-- the one featuring Tom Cruise getting flung into a car by an explosion --has been given a bit of a delay. Instead of the jet flyby immediately after the explosion, the scene now gives Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) enough time to look up and see the jet as it flies over.
A nice edit to the scene, but I am still disappointed with the lack of anything significantly new in this trailer.
*We will post the streaming links to the trailer when they become available later today.
Mission: Impossible 3 comes to theatres on May 5th, 2006.
