After increasing the psychiatrist visits across the nation with their recent run of promotional posters for Silent Hill, TriStar pictures figured why stop what's working. Therefore, two new promo posters for the upcoming video game adaptation have been released online today.

We have always been hesitant when it comes to supporting a video game adaptation. With films such as Alone in the Dark and Bloodrayne it is easy to see where we are coming from. In the case of Silent Hill however, it looks like TriStar is willing to throw everything they got into this film. With a respectable cast that includes Radha Mitchell and Sean Bean, Silent Hill could become one of the great big-production horrors.
Since we still have about a month to go before TriStar confirms whether video game adaptations are meant to fail or not, the studio keeps us busy with disturbingly great promotional posters such as the two below.

The promotional images for Silent Hill continue to look like Marilyn Manson's wet dream.
Silent Hill comes to theatres on April 21st.
