Our good buddy 'RonJon' sent us over a string of updates for Superman Returns including the images below. Some of the images look like they were exclusive to specific sites so be sure to click on them for the original versions.
Box Office Magazine recently did a report on Superman Returns and, more specifically, Brandon Routh. The report is pretty lengthy and gives enough attention to Brandon Routh and the personality that he carries over into Clark Kent.

The character has to look and feel and seem as though he stepped out of your collective consciousness of who Superman is, which for most people is a combination somewhere between the comic, the George Reeves character and the Christopher Reeve character," says director Bryan Singer, who segues from the "X-Men" franchise to bring the ultimate superhero back to the bigscreen. "Brandon for me embodied all those aspects in his talents, his personality and his physical presence."

We have also been alerted to the Superman Returns introduction footage from ShoWest. The same website that brought us the bootleg footage for X-Men 3 (here), have also got a hold of the footage for Brandon Routh's introduction as Male Star of the Year. Considering that this is entirely because of Brandon's role in Superman Returns, it was obvious that we would get a big preview on the film.
