Killshot Set Picture
It seems like forever ago since we have had any new updates on the upcoming film Killshot. With a release that was initially set for this March, The Weinstein Company was forced to push the film back to some time during the end of summer or fall.
Before the push in release, every update for Killshot looked pretty solid including one heck of a script review. Now it feels like we are going back in time and looking for any new development on the film; including pictures from the set.
Killshot Script Review
The good people over at semissourian have recently posted a lengthy report on the current status of Killshot starring Diane Lane and Thomas Jane. With the report came a few new images from the set of the film.
Jane and the crew of "Killshot" spent the early part of Wednesday filming a scene where Jane's character Wayne prepares to leave town. As local extras swabbed the decks of the Elizabeth Ann towboat (newly dubbed with screen name the "Robert R. Nally") in the background, Jane had the enviable task of kissing co-star Diane Lane for multiple takes.
"It's a pretty emotional scene," said Jane. "My character has just gotten a job on a tugboat and he's kissing his wife and telling her goodbye."
Killshot is based on the best-selling crime novel by author Elmore Leonard.
Killshot will come to theatres during the third quarter of 2006
