After having our fill of animated films last night I was surprised to see an email in my box with two new posters for the upcoming CG movies Cars and The Wild.
The Cars poster looks good but pretty consistent to what we have already seen. The Wild on the other hand is an entirely new approach from Disney.
Go Wild with the Cars Poster
The new movie poster for Cars is a French poster featuring Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) and Sally (Bonnid Hunt). Like the feature poster before it, the French poster uses the desert, or what I like to call the hickville setting to show where the story takes place. This same setting is what pulls McQueen out of his element and see how the other half lives.

The Wild Movie Poster
I love how Disney has made the poster for The Wild look sketched even though the film is in full CG. If anything, the poster is a refreshing change.
The Wild comes to theatres on April 14th. Cars comes to theatres on June 9th.
