Snakes on a Plane Logo
After posting the new logo for Snakes on a Plane this morning we have already been alerted to yet another update on the film. Since the hype around the film is unusually high, New Line Cinema figured the fans would find a PG-13 rating a little weak.
Snakes on a Plane Rating
According to THR, New Line Cinema has scheduled for a five-day reshoot with the number one goal being to make Snakes on a Plane a rated-R film. If you have already seen the trailer for Snakes on a Plane then you might wonder what all the hype is about. Though we can't figure it out either, Snakes on a Plane, starring "The Man" Samuel L. Jackson, has so much support across the net that you would think it is the biggest film coming our way this year.
Every time New Line puts out something corny for Snakes, the fans love the film even more. Hell, New Line's marketing team is working overtime to make it corny; and it's working!
As I said in the last update, New Line Cinemas is trying to make Snakes on a Plane so corny that the film circles back around the horn and becomes extremely cool. Sounds stupid I know.... but so far it's working.
Snakes on a Plane is directed by
David Ellis (Final Destination 2, Cellular).
Snakes on a Plane comes to theatres on August 18th.
