Since the fans of Spider-Man 3 have been waiting for anything new on the black spidy outfit previewed earlier, there was quite a stir across the internet when AICN posted what has now been called out to be a fake image of Tobey Maguire rocking black.

The fake image below was sent over to AICN and, supposedly after having the image checked by an image specialist, they figured the picture had a 90% chance of being legit. That sounded all good until someone recognized the same image, minus the black, from Spider-Man 2.

Tough the image is fake, you have got to hand it to whoever applied the black outfit over the original.
