Fantastic Four
In the wake of the fact that Fantastic Four was not up to the standards of comicbook films such as X-Men and Spider-Man, it looks like the entire FF crew are working to change this for the sequel.
In a recent interview with the lovely Jessica Alba, she claims that the upcoming sequel is experiencing upgrades to make it more intense and faithful to the comic.
Though Story confirmed that Dr Doom was back at the start of 2006, it now looks like Dr Doom may be bye-bye.
Jessica Alba on Fantastic Four
MTV caught up to Jessica Alba and she was willing to offer a few updates on the production of Fantastic Four 2. Can we expect the fantastic ride?
Dr. Doom is dead, and "Fantastic Four" invisible woman Jessica Alba is now looking forward to vanquishing a villain whose identity she's prohibited from revealing. What Alba is allowed to reveal about 2007's "F4" sequel, which begins filming soon, should nevertheless raise a few geeky eyebrows. "We're making the right changes," Alba said, responding to detractors of the first flick. "It's gonna be an amped-up version, this next one.
It's gonna be faster, and it's gonna be a more intense story line that kind of references the comic a bit more." All the major stars from the first film are set to return and, Alba said, the heroes might finally get their famously pimped-out flying vehicle from the comics. "Maybe [we'll have] the Fantastic Car," the actress said, "which I'm excited about."
If you can't wait for Fantastic Four 2, Jessica Alba can be seen in the upcoming film Awake and Sin City 2.
