Being a man, I feel the same way about chick-flicks as most other men do. While the genre is usually meant to be funny or romantic, women somehow find a way to take lessons from the film and use them against -- that's right -- against their boyfriend or husband.

Therefore, when I heard that Paramount was looking to move forward with a sequel to How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, I nearly threw up on my chest.

Paramount Asks How to Lose It All

According to THR, Paramount Pictures has tapped scribes Keith Merryman and David A. Newman to pen How to Lose It All, a sequel to the hit romantic comedy How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.

The major issue has to be how they are going to return to our love story in progress and find a proper angle for the sequel. Kate Hudson's character quit her writing job at the end of the last film (somebody told me) and both her and McConaughey's character admit their deceipt and get together.

What can happen now? The two revert back to their old ways of NOT being themselves? Or are we talking about an entirely different story here?

Ehh, I liked Kate Hudson more in Almost Famous anyway.

We have not heard of any planned production date for How to Lose It All.

When they adapt He's Just Not That Into You to film men are going to have to hide for weeks.

Stay tuned for updates.
