Here is the briefest of brief updates for Spider-Man 3 coming your way.
Spider-Man 3 Set Reports
The good people over at AICN have recently received what looks to be a set picture for Spider-Man 3 that features Spidy wearing the black symbiote outfit.
Now, the image definitely does seem to be a fake; especially since it looks like somebody tried to insert the 'Photo Copyright Sony Pictures' tag for effect. Add the fact that Spider-Man 3 and X-Men 3 have to be two of the most hoaxed films coming our way, the odds of this baby being a fake are even greater.
On the other hand, Spidy does look pretty dang snazzy wearing the hooded robe.
Expect an update from AICN later in the day (or tomorrow) on the validity of the picture.
Update: It turns out that the image is an edited (and flipped) version of a set image taken from Spider-Man 2. Thanks to 'Cliff' for the heads up.
