When I opened an email from our good buddy 'RonJon' titled "hotties" I had expected one of the latest spreads of some hot actress; bet it Jessica Alba or Evangeline Lilly. What I didn't expect was a bunch of new movie still from the upcoming video game adaptation DOA: Dead or Alive.

The principle behind Dead or Alive is genius -- video game adaptations don't normally work, but what would happen if we chose a game that has pushed just about every average male to the brink of, well, you get the picture. Because of the male population of moviegoers, The Weinstein Company is still praying that DOA has a chance at the box office when it arrives near the end of this summer. Though it is hard to say without an official trailer, the movie stills posted should give you an idea of which way this film is heading.
