Uma Thurman continues to pick up new films to get working on after My Super Ex-Girlfriend strikes theatres. During the end of May we announced that the tall blonde landed a lead role in The Accidental Husband and now Thurman is ready to do an adaptation as well.

According to Variety, Uma Thurman will star in In Bloom, an adaptation of the Laura Kasischke novel The Life Before Her Eyes. Vadim Perelman will direct.
Thriller revolves about a woman whose idyllic life crumbles when she survives a shooting spree at a school.
The project is being funded by 2929 Prods. and will begin production this August.
Emil Stern wrote the adaptation.
In Bloom marks Perelman's second novel-based film, after House of Sand and Fog.
