What you got to say to this Clark?
You have heard correctly. James Marsden, the actor
who plays Cyclops in the X-Men movies, has been picked up by Bryan
Singer [who directed both X-Men films] to star in his latest film,
Superman V.
James Marsden and Hugh Laurie in Superman
It would seem that Bryan Singer favors talent that he has some type of past
with. As mentioned above, James Marsden played as Cyclops in Singer's X-Men
and X-Men United. Bryan Singer also picked up another actor from
one of his other projects.
Hugh Laurie, who stars in the TV series HOUSE [another Singer project],
has also been picked up by Bryan Singer. Hugh Laurie will play as the Daily
Planet editor Perry White, while James Marsden will play as Richard White.
Richard White becomes a love interest of Lois Lane during Superman V.
Lets also not forget that Kevin Spacey is signed on to play as Lex. If you
remember, Spacey first worked with Bryan Singer on a little film called
The Usual Suspects.
