Eragon moves up in rank.
Since we have yet to pull and of the top films from the Top Ten for the summer, though Da Vinci and X3 are both close, we do have some updated statistics and figured it was worth pointing out that Eragon has recently moved up to Spot #9 on the list.
Top Ten Films
The top ten most viewed films on CanMag.Com on April 13 were (stats from same date):
X-Men 3 continues to have a substantial lead on Superman Returns. There isn't much movement among any of the other films in the above list except for the increase in rank for Transformers from #9 to #8 thanks to the removal of V for Vendetta.
There are a few surprises, however, on the updated list below:
The two biggest moves on the list above are Eragon and DOA: Dead or Alive. DOA got a nice boost in popularity thanks to the fact that the film's movie page was 'slashdotted.' Because of this, the film featuring kick-ass hotties shot into the top ten almost overnight.
Eragon has slowly been moving through the ranks ever since we created a page for the film. Expect this film to grow in popularity once we begin seeing some trailers with some CG dragons; the first of which is coming with Superman Returns.
