Though my only question on Topher Grace (lately) has been whether or not the skinny actor put on any weight for his role as Eddie Brock in Spider-Man 3. Judging by the first set pictures to appear, he may have put on a pound or two; when I was hoping for twenty.
Getting passed Spider-Man, Topher Grace has been lining up films to do after production wraps and this time he has joined up with Terrence Howard.
Topher Grace, Terrence Howard for The Crusaders
According to Variety, New Line Cinema is in talks with both Topher Grace and Terrence Howard to co-star in the film The Crusaders.
New Line has brought on John Romano to overhaul the script written by West Wing scribes Paul Redford and Lawrence O'Donnell. The script is based on Jack Greenberg's memoir Crusaders in the Courts.
Revolving around Brown v. Board of Education, The Crusaders recounts the 1954 Supreme Court case in which Greenberg, a recent law school grad, and Thurgood Marshall, as head of the NAACP's Legal Defense Fund, teamed to help end segregation in schools. Marshall eventually became the first African-American Supreme Court justice.
Alex Graves, who finds all of his experience to be in television, will direct the pic.
Topher Grace is still working on Spidy 3 with Terrence Howard in production on The Brave One.
