'Joel' recently sent over a new banner for Eragon that features the map from the book.
Eragon Banner Map
Below is a picture of a possible banner map for the upcoming 20th Century Fox adaptation of Eragon. Though I dig the added colors, if this map does turn out to be official, Fox better make sure to correct all spelling errors. Take the Hardarac Desert for example -- it is suppose to be Hadarac Desert; without the first 'r'.
The map also doesn't show off tons of other locations that appear on the map for Eldest. It does, however, show off some of the pivotal locations for the film including Farthen Dur. According to early reports, Eragon author Christopher Paolini will supposedly get dismembered in this battle.
Update: It turns out Paolini won't get an appearance in the film as he was too busy with a book tour.
