Miami Vice Poster
Even with the trailers Universal Pictures hasn't given us the best look at their upcoming Michael Mann film Miami Vice. Though looking slick, the previews barely give a sense of story or even a sense of dialogue to the film. Fortunately for us, Universal has finally picked up some of the slack with ten, yes, ten new movie clips for the film.
Movie Clips for Miami Vice
The good people over at RopeofSilicon have recently gotten their hands on ten new movie clips for Miami Vice. The clips look pretty solid and are easily the best impression this film has received so far.
The cocaine cowboys of the '80s are gone, but Miami's Casablanca allure, the undercover cops and the attitudes of Michael Mann's culturally influential television series have been enhanced by time in the feature film version of "Miami Vice".
Ricardo Tubbs (Academy AwardŽ winner Jamie Foxx of Ray, Jarhead) is urbane and dead smart. He lives with Bronx-born intel analyst Trudy, played by British actress Naomie Harris (28 Days Later, Pirates of the Caribbean II and III), as they work undercover transporting drug loads into South Florida to identify a group responsible for three murders.
Check out all ten clips for Miami Vice over at RopeofSilicon.
Miami Vice comes to theatres on July 28th, 2006.
