Over the past few months multiple names have popped
up for both The Joker and Two Face in the upcoming sequel to Batman
Begins. Though I do remember Heath Ledger's name being mentioned,
it was never enough to consider him a contender. Well, in the words of Entourage's
Ari Gold, it looks like we have 'mother f*ckin Brokeback Batman.'
Heath Ledger is The Joker

Heath Ledger has signed the necessary documents to guarantee him the role
of The Joker in the next Batman movie. If Jake Gyllenhaal
ends up as Two Face so help me... wait... he would make a pretty damn good
fit. I think we could have a Brokeback adventure coming our way!

SOURCE that the offer last night was officially made to Heath Ledger to
star as The Joker in the Batman Begins Sequel! As Ari Gold on HBO'S Entourage

does seem pretty confident; and they support their case by pointing out
it was them that were correct on Brandon Routh.
Now all we must do is wait for the official announcement.
