Comic Con continues to help create some huge film updates including Warner Bros recent release of the full trailer for The Fountain. That's right, the same crazy looking film from Darren Aronofsky. I'm tripping out!
The Fountain Trailer
The Fountain is an odyssey about one man's thousand-year struggle to save the woman he loves. His epic journey begins in 16th century Spain, where conquistador Tomas Creo (Hugh Jackman) commences his search for the Tree of Life, the legendary entity believed to grant eternal life to those who drink of its sap. As modern-day scientist Tommy Creo, he desperately struggles to find a cure for the cancer that is killing his beloved wife Isabel (Rachel Weisz). Traveling through deep space as a 26th century astronaut, Tom begins to grasp the mysteries of life that have consumed him for more than a century.
Here is a brilliant idea. Find some mind altering drug -- you're pick of course -- and put this new trailer for The Fountain on a constant loop. Get ready to veg in front of your computer for hours.
Some of the visuals in The Fountain are so stunning that they quickly turn into one hell of a mind f*ck. What a trip!
I can't over emphasize how stoked we are on this film. I just don't understand why they didn't ask good ol' Jack LaLanne on how to live forever. I kid you not, the guy is going to live until around 200 on juice and fish.
