It seems like forever ago since I have fantasized of Liv Tyler as the elf Arwen; hot damn did she look hot with pointed ears! Ever since her stint with The Lord of the Rings franchise the actress has been taking it easy with small dramas such as Jersey Girl and Lonesome Jim.
It now looks like Tyler is now looking to maker herself busy once again with two films in production and now a thriller as well.
Tyler for Strangers
According to THR, Rogue Pictures has picked up Liv Tyler to star in the upcoming thriller Strangers.
The film will be written and directed by Bryan Bertino.
Strangers is a suspense thriller revolving around a couple in a remote suburban house who are targeted by three dangerous masked strangers. Tyler will play the female half of the couple.
The roles of male partner and the 'strangers' have yet to be case.
Mandate Pictures' Nathan Kahane and Vertigo Entertainment's Roy Lee and Doug Davison will produce. Production is expected to begin this fall for an October 2007 release.
