I don't know where these new movie stills for Eragon have come from, but 'ShortElf' is my new best friend.
This could turn out to be a perfect Eragon week if the teaser trailer does come out on Thursday/Friday.

Eragon author Christopher Paolini first made it a point that if Fox was going to adapt his books he would have to have a cameo/extra role in the film.
What role did he have in mind?
He wanted to be a grunt soldier who gets beheaded in the battle of Farthen Dûr. Now that's a cameo!
