The seemingly easy task of chasing two fellows in wheelchairs
has never been harder in the new inspirational film, Rory O'Shea Was
Here: Live Life Like You Mean It.
O'Shea Was Where?
The film is scheduled to be out on Feb. 5, 2005, but has already built itself
a trophy shelf. The film can tout's the Audience Award of the 2004 Edinburgh
International Film Festival, and being part of the Focus Feature's family,
the art house of Warner Bros. Studio, the awards may not stop there. Though
Focus Features is a relatively new film house, they have already received
numerous Oscar nominations and awards for some of their movies: Lost
in Translation, 21 Grams, Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless
Mind and Motorcycle Diaries.
The film follows two diseased friends on a journey to live life like they
mean it. They pay a girl to assist them with the things that they can't
do, but she does more than that- she also keeps them positive.
