After nearly pissing myself when Fox came out of the blue and announced we can expect the teaser trailer for Eragon this Friday, we now have some further trailer details for you.
Though we had hoped we would see the trailer as early as tomorrow, it looks like the media will be coming Friday; early Friday at that.
And guess what?! You can slash that whole 'teaser' word right out of the equation!
Eragon Teaser Trailer Early Friday on Moviefone
One of the best and strongest supporters of the Eragon film -- next to CanMag of course -- is Shurtugal. We have kept in close conversation with the site since the beginning and they have recently sent over some new information on the trailer we can expect Friday.
Fox has just confirmed exclusively to Shur'tugal that the Eragon Movie Trailer will release at 6am PST (9am EST) on Friday, September 15th, online on AOL Movie Trailers. AOL movie trailers allows for free viewing of the trailer for all visitors. This is the same day that it will release on Gridiron Gang in theatres. Again, this is the theatrical trailer, not a teaser trailer. It is likely that the trailer will release on Apple/QuickTime Movie Trailers next week.
So, here is what you need to remember:
-Eragon trailer Friday at 6AM for those of us who hang out near the Pacific.
-The trailer is NOT a teaser trailer but rather the feature trailer. Strange for a film of this magnitude, so let's hope Fox releases a second feature some time later.
-I am sitting here in my underwear while writing this. I don't know how this is important, but very true.
-Hope that it does appear in a better format over at Quicktime at a later date. Or why not over the weekend?
