X-Men: The Last Stand X-Men: The Last Stand
Gee, you think they might be planning a bigger special edition for X-Men: The Last Stand later? Something tells me this one disc job won’t be the last we see of this movie, but for a minimal DVD, it’s got everything I want to see, namely deleted scenes.

X-Men: The Last Stand DVD Review

There are some great action moments amid the extended fight scenes. Some of the character scenes have a bit more character too, like Beast growling at Logan. Three alternate endings provide the most difference, suggesting different choices for the main characters.

Other extensions are inconsequential. Maybe comic book fans will get more out of the difference between bearded and clean shaven Magneto than I did.

One easter egg I found on the screen 2 of the deleted scenes menus is an X in the upper left corner. This reveals an early test shot of the X-plane landing in Washington, D.C. It’s a sweet shot and a cool indication of another direction the story might have gone.
