The Weinstein Company has alerted us to a new clip for their upcoming comedy School for Scoundrels starring John Heder and Billy Bob Thornton.
It would seem that this film has a thing for sports. The first clip sent over featured the gang playing paintball and now this clip has Heder and Thornton go after one another on a tennis court.
School for Scoundrels Tennis Clip
Ever since the first trailer I thought
School for Scoundrels could be that hilarious knock-around fest we have been waiting for in 2006. The only problem is that I have received a couple early screening reports and both claim that film is just OK. What? With clips like "Tennis" I find it hard to imagine how this film misses on the laughs.
If you have seen the trailer for School for Scoundrels then you basically know the background to this clip. Roger's (Heder) teacher, played by Thornton, makes a move on his romantic interest causing Heder's character to retaliate. One such event occurs on a tennis court, when the two individuals are forced to play on the same team in a doubles match. The only problem is that the only person Roger wants to be is his new teammate.
