Touchstone has just released the best preview we have seen to date for their upcoming adventure flick The Guardian starring Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher.
Seriously. The posters -- generic. The trailer -- generic. Before today, this film seemed like your standard, generic search and rescue movie. It now turns out that I may have been too critical or the earlier releases just weren't doing the film justice. Either way, this latest behind the scenes clip should at least increase interest around the film; and that's saying a lot.

A famed Coast Guard Rescue swimmer (Kevin Costner) is re-assigned to teach at the legendary Coast Guard “A” School and inspires one cocky rookie (Ashton Kutcher) to learn the true meaning of heroism and sacrifice.
Sounds generic, right? Or how about a Men of Honor with a couple of white guys? Fortunately for Touchstone, there is absolutely nothing generic about this recent behind the scenes clip for the film. The wave tank looks legit and strong enough for me to drawn in after scarffing down a pastrami sandwich or two.
